About ClearPath Environmental

Clear information for the next property decision.

ClearPath helps people organize the property, transaction, timing, and history details that matter when environmental due diligence enters a commercial real estate decision.

What we do

Our Project Planner turns an early, often incomplete question into a clearer request for an environmental consulting conversation. It helps visitors gather useful context before discussing scope, access, timing, and deliverables with a qualified professional.

We begin in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area and are building the platform so services and regions can expand over time. The public experience is designed to explain the decision in front of you and make the next step easier to understand.

The site also gives each covered community its own planning context. Local zoning, development review, land-use maps, and public records can help someone describe the setting around a property. Those sources are presented as context, with links back to the official agency, and are kept separate from the environmental professional’s assessment.

What we do not do

ClearPath does not perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, inspect properties, determine whether contamination exists, issue environmental conclusions, or replace the judgment of the professional engaged for a specific project.

When a visitor chooses to request assistance and provides contact consent, the submitted details may be reviewed for an appropriate environmental consulting conversation. Provider availability, qualifications, scope, pricing, schedule, and conclusions must be confirmed for the property and transaction.

How to use the site

  1. Start with the property location and the decision you are working toward.
  2. Share the current and former use information you have.
  3. Keep lender, attorney, buyer, seller, and access instructions nearby.
  4. Use the resulting project summary to prepare for the next professional conversation.
