Disclosures

Clear about the role behind the Planner.

ClearPath is a planning and referral experience for environmental due-diligence requests.

Referral and provider relationships

ClearPath may review submitted requests and connect people with environmental consulting providers. The business may receive compensation for qualified or referred requests under arrangements with providers. That commercial relationship does not change the need for the provider to confirm qualifications, scope, timing, pricing, access, and conclusions directly with the customer.

ClearPath does not promise that a provider will accept every request, that a provider will be available in a particular city, or that a request will produce a quote or report. Those decisions belong to the customer and provider.

Professional work remains with the provider

ClearPath does not perform a Phase I ESA, inspect a property, determine whether contamination exists, certify compliance, or guarantee an environmental result. The environmental professional engaged for the project is responsible for the work product and professional conclusions.

Information and estimates

Planning pages explain common questions and local development context using cited public sources. They are general information and do not replace legal, lending, environmental, engineering, tax, or other professional advice. Local records, regulations, availability, and project requirements can change, so verify current information for the property and transaction.

City pages are intended to add useful local context, not to imply that a municipal map or planning record answers an environmental question. Confirm parcel identity and current records before relying on any source.

Consent

Submitting the Planner does not create a client relationship or guarantee a response. Contact consent allows the request to be reviewed for follow-up about an appropriate environmental consulting conversation.
