Contact
Start with the information you have.
For a property-specific request, the Project Planner is the quickest way to organize location, transaction, timing, and contact details.
What to include
Include the property address or city, current or former use, intended use, transaction stage, target date, and any lender or attorney instructions you already have. You do not need to know the final assessment scope before beginning.
If you are still researching, say that in the Planner. A clear statement about what is known, unknown, or time-sensitive is more useful than guessing at a technical conclusion. If you already have a report or planning record, keep its date and source with your project notes.
Role and response
ClearPath organizes an initial request and may review it for an appropriate environmental consulting conversation when contact consent is provided. We do not perform environmental assessments or make property-condition conclusions. A selected professional must confirm availability, qualifications, scope, timing, pricing, and deliverables.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a provider match, quote, schedule, or completed report. Those details belong in the direct conversation with the professional who accepts the project.
