How project information is handled.
This page explains the information the ClearPath Project Planner collects and how it is used to organize an initial request.
Information you provide
The Planner may collect property location, project type, intended use, transaction stage, timing, existing-report context, name, email, phone number, source-page context, and contact consent. Please do not submit confidential documents or sensitive personal information through the public form.
Some fields are optional or intended to capture uncertainty. Providing incomplete information does not create a technical conclusion; it simply helps identify what should be clarified in a later conversation.
How we use it
We use submitted information to create a project summary, prevent duplicate requests, protect the form from abuse, understand which pages and campaigns produce requests, and review whether an appropriate environmental consulting conversation may be available. We do not represent that the Planner performs an environmental assessment.
Attribution information may include the page where the request began, referrer, campaign parameters, and a timestamp. This helps us understand the site’s performance and improve the planning experience.
Sharing and retention
When you consent to contact, relevant project details may be shared with a potential environmental consulting provider for the purpose of discussing the request. Provider identity, availability, scope, pricing, and follow-up must be confirmed for the specific project. Information is retained only as long as needed for request handling, operations, legal obligations, and recordkeeping.
Your choices
You may ask about the information associated with your request or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to legal and operational requirements. Contact us through privacy@clearpathesa.com.
This is an initial site privacy notice for the local implementation and should be reviewed with counsel before production launch.
